Our Services

Our commitment is to enhance the overall health and quality of life for each individual. Whether you're seeking developmental support, preventative care, or ongoing intervention, our experienced team is here for you.

  • At Little Souls Wellness Centre, our friendly and dedicated psychologists provide a range of evidence-based approaches to help you with a number of concerns, from anxiety and depression, to challenges associated with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our psychologists have experience working with children, adolescents, and families as well as adults. Psychology sessions can help through implementation of interventions and strategies that aim to develop the skills required to reach you or your child’s full potential and achieve well-being.

Little Souls psychologists are committed to providing a safe and warm environment where clients feel comfortable to talk about their feelings and experiences.

Our psychologists work closely with their clients and their families to provide the most comprehensive and effective treatment possible. We provide services in a range of settings including clinic, schools, childcare centres and Telehealth.

  • Our occupational therapists work with children to help them increase their participation and engagement in all their everyday tasks, or what we call ‘occupations’.

So what is an occupation for a child? Well, this can include any everyday task that the child does which brings meaning and purpose to their life, such as, playing, interacting with family and friends, getting dressed, going to sleep, school work, community activities and more!

We will work together to understand what is causing difficulty, then start providing intervention at this level. We work from a holistic strengths-based approach and tailor sessions to what your child is interested in.

The scope of occupational therapy is very broad, so even if you have experienced OT somewhere else, you may find a totally different approach at Little Souls.

  • As speech pathologists, we understand the importance of communication and seek to assist children with their challenges in order to support them to reach their potential and thrive. We work closely with children of all ages and their families to develop their confidence and ability to communicate meaningfully and effectively in their everyday environments.

We seek to create a warm, playful and welcoming environment to ensure that therapy is engaging and rewarding for our clients. At Little Souls Wellness, we use evidence-based research to inform our clinical decisions and support communication goals. As therapists, we take a family centred and strength-based approach, ensuring that intervention approaches are tailored to meet the specific needs of each child and their family as we believe that best outcomes are achieved when therapy is collaborative and individualised.

We provide services in a range of settings including clinic, schools, childcare centres and Telehealth.

  • *Please note, we are no longer offering physiotherapy from March 2024.

Physiotherapists can treat conditions or injuries that affect the way you move. Paediatric physiotherapist work with children from birth during childhood and adolescence. They are experienced and knowledgeable in childhood development and conditions that may affect movement.

Movement is very important in babies and children as it plays a key part in exploring and learning about the new world around them. Paediatric physiotherapists are skilled in the assessment, identification, and diagnosis of, and treatment of child development and movement difficulties. Our therapy may not look like what you would expect based off adult physiotherapy appointments. Children learn through play and it’s our job to make therapy fun by being creative, playful and finding exciting ways to develop individualised therapy programs that motivate our clients.

Paediatric Therapy is family centred, we collaborate with your child and family to establish the treatment goals that are most important. We may also collaborate with other health professionals and teachers or educators. Our sessions aim to optimise the health, well being, and abilities of each child to enable them to move and participate in everyday activities, like playing, learning, going to school, and being part of a family and community.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure that Little Souls Wellness Centre provides the highest quality of care to our clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 48 hours (2 business days) notice or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in full before the commencement of your next session at Little Souls Wellness Centre.

Your cancellation notice would be much appreciated, as this can enable us to provide services to other clients who may require an urgent appointment. This timeframe also allows our clinicians to manage their schedule effectively and potentially offer the time slot to another client on their waitlist. Cancellation fees are charged as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. Please note cancellation fees are only billed if an appointment is unable to be filled with another client appointment.

Prior to your scheduled appointment, you may receive an SMS reminder with your appointment booking. Please note, this SMS is sent as a courtesy service and may be impacted by technical difficulties, office closures or staff illness. As such, the absence of an SMS reminder will not lead to cancellation fees being waived.

Little Souls Wellness Centre is permitted to reschedule appointments at any time if necessary in the event of staff illness, office closure, emergency circumstances or unforeseen events.

At Little Souls Wellness Centre, we believe in clear communication. If you wish to discuss our cancellation policy, please contact our Client Support Team at info@littlesoulswellness.com.au.
